Alpari

Alpari Group has been a global FX and CFD broker since 1998 and has over two million customers worldwide.

Alpari Forex Trading Platform Review

Alpari is operated and regulated out of the UK. It is one of the better known and most popular of the UK operators. They are regulated by the FSA.

Alpari software

Alpari has its own propriety software (Alpari Direct). This software is easy to use and well constructed. If you used to other trading systems there is no need to worry as Alpari are MT4, MT4 pro, MT5, and Systematic compatible as well.

Alpari Spread

Spreads vary according to the account that you set up. For beginning to intermediate traders, “micro” and “classic” accounts attract a spread from 1.6 pips through the MT4 platform and 3.1 through the Systematic platform.  If you are a more experienced investor, the pro account has zero (that’s right) zero pips for some selected cross currencies.

Alpari Leverage

Alpari offers one of the highest leverage amounts available at 1:500. Most of the U.S based platforms only allow 50/1 and most of the other European operators allow 1:200 or 1:400.

Alpari  Rollover

As far as we are aware, there is no rollover option for Alpari.

Alpari  Other features

Alpari allows for CFD and commodity trading as well.

Customer support

Like most brokers, Alpari offers 24-hour support from Monday to Friday. But, unusually, Alpari also offers customer support from 12:00 – 20:00 (all hours GMT+2/3) on weekends. This is very welcome and something we wish more brokers would do. Help is available via live chat, Telegram, phone, email, and the myAlpari hub.

Overview

Alpari is a large international broker with a long history in the industry.
